While our managed services could be used by any company to reduce its costs, these services are more specifically focused on the work of the professional services company. While our managed services produce basic financial accounting data, our professional services take that data and interpret it in order to support better decision making. We believe these services can add significant value to our clients' businesses.

Professional services include the analysis of resource utilisation, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling, allowing customers to manage their resources better and improve their margins. We can help to support finance for discrete projects, as well as for the parent company, enabling clients easily to see how well each of their projects is delivering both against its own milestones, and in terms of group profitability.

While our clients typically use our managed services on a continuous basis, many clients use our professional services in a more ad hoc, project based way, for instance to contribute to an annual strategy review. Rather than putting financial information to the back of the filing cabinet once the audit process is complete, our customers can use our professional services to review the figures for management - answering questions such as "Why didn't this project make money?", "Which are our most profitable customers?" and then giving recommendations for process or business control improvements.
